Ethyl acetate in young sour
Hi all, Just started sampling a cable car clone that I bottled, didn't have any acetone aroma going in the bottle, but now there is a faint smell. Will this low level aroma metabolize? Anyone have this issue? Not offensive, but definitely present. Thanks, Adam

I've never had a beer get less acetic or ethyl-acetate-y with age. You may want to look at your bottling process for ways to minimize oxygen uptake.
