Welcome to the homeBBBrew board!
Like the BBB, the homeBBBrew board is not a club, just a place to talk about making beer. Is there a swap you would like to see happen? If we can find a few others who have something similar then lets do it!

Parti-gyle for Sours
Hey everyone, Nothing new here, but I have been running off an extra 2 or 3 gallons per Triple or Quad, boiling down with aged hops and pitching dregs. On an average brew day I brew 20G and run off a little extra into a 4G pot and boil it low and slow on the stove inside. When my brew day in the garage is over I take the extra wort and let it cool for a few hours and add it to a carboy that has dregs and a little Brett brux Trois. Without any extra yeast or brewing I now have a full 5G carboy fermenting nicely! This is a great way to fill up some empty fermenters. Nothing ground breaking, but it has been so easy I had to share. BW
