Welcome to the homeBBBrew board!
Like the BBB, the homeBBBrew board is not a club, just a place to talk about making beer. Is there a swap you would like to see happen? If we can find a few others who have something similar then lets do it!

Beer Flavor Wheel
A friend forwarded this to me. It's from a book that's coming out in April. It is nothing special, but worth a look.

Re: Beer Flavor Wheel
Hey Dick, several years back I was at the NHC in Denver - though I guess you'd know cause you came by the hotel where it was held! Anyway, during that they presented another flavor wheel, it was the oxidation version. The person presenting it said next time someone goes on about how a beer is oxidized, pin them down. She believed a lot of people don't really know what they are talking about when they make that claim since oxidation can express itself in so many ways. It was maybe a third the size of the general beer flavor wheel, really amazing.

Re: Beer Flavor Wheel
hmm, I'd take issue with "Funky" being called an Infection and "Acetic/Vinegar" isn't.
